Let’s help moms meet each other! In the south of Rotterdam there are many moms that are socially isolated and distrusting of institutes and health organisations. Together with EMI op Zuid we created Mama’s Garden to give them an alternative way to get the help they need.

Currently Mama’s Garden pops up in multiple locations all over Rotterdam South. At these weekly playful and approachable meetings (expected) mom's get to know new people, do fun workshops and ask questions about anything.
Together with Mariëlle van 't Zand, I redesigned the visual identity for Mama's Garden.
Mint plants were gifted to teachers of Zadkine in Rotterdam South by Mama's Garden.
Teachers can use the plant to make tea and make their workspace a bit more lively!
They primarily function as a conversation starter to create more awareness for the project.
This little tree is placed at locations where Mama’s Garden is held and at waitingrooms where moms can be found.
Moms can take off a card and hand it in when they visit Mama’s Garden to receive a gift!
Every tree has its own colour: red, yellow, blue (the picture shows every colour). This way it is possible to keep track of where the mothers have been effectively reached.
